The terms of the drop.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Contact us at info@isusldn.com with questions.

We take care to describe and photograph each product accurately. Colours can vary slightly by screen. Measurements are approximate and production tolerances may apply. Limited availability does not create an order until we accept it. We may set fair purchase limits or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing, stock or technical errors, issuing a full refund where payment was taken.

The order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally when the product is dispatched or when we separately confirm acceptance. Prices and any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout. All prices are in GBP including VAT where applicable. Payment is handled by the payment provider presented at checkout.

Pre-order dispatch timings are estimates and may change. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you and explain your available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of your pieces being in stock, and we will email you when your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout via Royal Mail, or in your order confirmation. Please provide complete and accurate delivery details. Responsibility for the product passes to you when it is delivered to you or a person you nominate, unless applicable law provides otherwise. A tracking link is sent to you by email from ISUS LDN.

Orders are sent by a tracked, signed-for service, so someone will need to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, the carrier will leave a card and the parcel can be collected from a delivery office or redelivered. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

If your order is late, damaged or does not arrive, email info@isusldn.com and we will put it right. Your legal rights are not affected.

Your right to cancel. If you buy online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To cancel, email info@isusldn.com with your order number and clearly say that you wish to cancel. You can also use any clear written statement.

Returning your order. After you tell us you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Please email us before you return anything and we will give you the returns address and a returns reference. Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please send the item unworn, unwashed and with all tags and labels attached, in its original condition and packaging, and keep proof of postage. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds. We will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier. We refund to the original payment method. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Size exchange. If you would like a different size instead of a refund, email info@isusldn.com within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Because each drop is limited and hand-numbered, we cannot guarantee that the same size or the same piece number will be available, and if it is not you may choose a refund instead.

Faulty or not as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please email info@isusldn.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. You have a legal right to a refund if you reject the item within 30 days of delivery. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund or price reduction if that is not possible or fails, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will cover the cost of returning a faulty or misdescribed item. We may ask to inspect the item. Damage caused by misuse, wear or washing is not a fault.

Your legal rights for products that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose are not affected by anything in these Terms.

ISUS LDN branding, photography, copy and designs belong to ISUS LDN LIMITED or its licensors. You may browse the site and retain order records for personal use. You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, interfere with or misuse the site or its content without written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, ISUS LDN LIMITED's total liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the site, our products or the law. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. Contact info@isusldn.com.
